If you're not actively sharing your story, successes, failures, and company culture on social media, your ROI is essentially zero.
No ifs, ands, or buts.
I would rather a company tell me their lowest low than their highest high. Be human with your customers.
All companies struggle. But sharing your story of struggling, resonating with your consumers, and being open/honest….it shows authenticity and transparency, which can strengthen the connection with your audience.
After all, who doesn’t like rooting for the underdog?

I had someone recently ask me, "What's the ROI" of social media?
Well, if you're not telling your story, sharing your successes and failures, talking about company culture and what you stand for on social, your ROI is 0. Zip. Zilch. Nada.
So if you're doing absolutely nothing, or even worse, the bare minimum and are still bitching about "ThE RoI oF SoCiaL MeDiA" maybe you should look at what kind of content you're (not) producing.
