Interesting if you are focusing on cost, but you also need another counter showing value. I've been in many meetings that are high cost and high value. Granted I've been in gatherings that are high cost and no discernible value where a costometer would have helped.
And if the staff resource didn't have to attend all these DToC meetings, that time and effort could be refocussed on expediting the delayed patients. est £23m p.a. spent on manual DToC reporting alone... equiv to c770 FTE in community
