YOUTUBE IS AT IT'S WORST NOW 💔
I have been fighting for 103 Days, and I have still not received a clear explanation on how I violated YouTube's TOS.
Let me break this down just to prove that I have done nothing wrong.
• I was normally creating friendly content that everyone else in my niche makes.
• All of a sudden, My channel was terminated on 16th September at 3:01 P.M. for Spam, deceptive practices and scam policy.
• I knew that this was wrong, so I wrote and appeal and submitted.
• After around 6 hours of review, my channel was reinstated at 8:52 P.M.
• This meant that my channel was Clean and the termination was wrongfully done.
Now here's where the story turns. 😔
• I started uploading again as I did after I got reinstated.
• Out of nowhere my channel was again terminated on 20th September at 12:12 P.M.
• Now I Appealed at around 12:25 P.M. clearly explaining the situation.
• This time my appeal was rejected in just 2 mins at 12:27 P.M.
• Yes, My channel was indeed reviewed carefully in just 2 mins by a "human reviewer."
After this happened, I was feeling really low for a long time then I got to know that we can get a review from
@TeamYouTube on X.
But that was not the only thing I was told, there's more to this.
@TeamYouTube mostly reviews channels again when posts go viral and most of the other creators with less reach are silenced with just a Automated reply that "We only accept one appeal per termination.
Why is everyone treated differently according to their reach?
@TeamYouTube DM'ed my with two reasons for my termination.
1) Spam, scams, or deceptive practices.
2) Content where the main purpose is to trick others into leaving YouTube for another site.
• What's funny in this is that I never even had any link on my channel (In Shorts, Comments, Description) and never did any kind of promotion/sponsor
• I asked them to carefully review again and point out these:
1) Which video(s) or titles stood out?
2) Any particular descriptions, links, or moments in the videos that crossed the line?
My channel was again set for review but this time I was told that the "Incentivization Spam" section of the policy is the most relevant for my channel.
I will just paste what Incentivization spam includes below so everyone can easily see it.
Incentivization spam: Content that sells engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments or any other metric on YouTube. This type of spam can also include content where the only purpose is to boost subscribers, views or other metrics. For example, offering to subscribe to another creator's channel solely in exchange for them subscribing to your channel, also known as 'sub4sub' content.
Now I just want
@TeamYouTube to be clear with the facts.
• My content has never sold engagement metrics and that is something that my brain could never think of doing because I am creator by heart and will always grow fairly.
• Sub4Sub is also a prominent point in this "Incentivization Spam" policy. To be honest, I didn't even know that Sub4Sub is a real thing because who even does that.
• I did some digging for Sub4Sub and found out that there are channels actually doing it and literally the title of their video is "If u sub to me I'll sub back 🔥 🔥" (Screenshot attatched) but those channels are still up and uploading.
So does the AI just doesn't terminate the ones who should be?
The question I really want to ask from the "Human Reviewer" is that in which video did I:
• Directed people off the platform?
• Sold engagement metrics?
• Did Sub4Sub?
Writing and explaining this has really took a long time. If you believe honest creators deserve a second chance, please LIKE ❤️, REPOST 🔄, and TAG
