TATA AIG’s IEC efforts reached deeper into Karnataka’s farming communities under the Kharif 2025 Crop Insurance Week Program across Karnataka. On 7th July 2025, awareness sessions were conducted in Somalapura village (Kampli Taluk, Ballari) and Kanakagi block (Koppal district). A total of 36 farmers participated, engaging in discussions around the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) and how it protects their crops from natural calamities and financial risk. On 9th July 2025, a field-level session was organised in Ramsagar village (Kampli Taluk, Ballari), led by R. Srikanth. With 24 farmers in attendance, the session focused on how PMFBY acts as a shield for farmers’ investments during unpredictable weather cycles. As part of its ongoing Information, Education and Communication (IEC) efforts, TATA AIG General Insurance Company Ltd. continued its grassroots engagement during the Kharif 2025 Crop Insurance Week Program on 5th and 6th July 2025 across Karnataka. On 5th July 2025, in Hulakal J village, Yadgir, a Fasal Bima Pathshala was conducted to educate farmers on the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY). Facilitated by TATA AIG officials, the session guided participants on how crop insurance can help protect their harvests from natural risks. On 6th July 2025, awareness drives were held in Devasamudra village, Kampli Taluk (Ballari) and Koppal block, Koppal district. Led by representatives including R.
