You raise a lot of good points, John.
The issue of cyclists not recognizing they need to yield to pedestrians is a huge one and it gets worse with segregated bike lanes.
Looking at the videos, this “cycletrack” appears way too narrow and congested too.
It’s a bad design.

All such vehicles shall be towed away or clamped down.
