How original. 🧵 The most wild, spreading tech myth right now is this incredibly "responsible" idea that we must build perfect data architecture first, and only then invite AI to the party. Yes, because your data engineering team of six people is definitely going to hand-scrub a decade of undocumented, zero-lineage duplicate records across four legacy systems by Q3. Good luck with that. We treat AI like a fragile VIP that can only walk on the red carpet of perfect pipelines. Completely backward. AI isn't the delicate sports car; it's the heavy machinery you need to pave the road. The bold antidote to the "clean up first" echo chamber: AI-First IS Data-First. AI agents spot anomalies, structure unstructured messes, and enforce governance at a scale humans simply can't touch.
