#NovedadesPDP 🇪🇺 ¿Comprar en línea debería obligarte a entregar más datos de los necesarios? 🛍️🔐 El @EU_EDPB publicó nuevas recomendaciones que dejan un mensaje claro: 👉 Obligar a crear una cuenta en tiendas online casi nunca es legal bajo el GDPR. ¿Por qué? Porque: -expone a las personas a más vigilancia y riesgos de seguridad, provoca excesiva retención de datos, y suele usarse para impulsar prácticas que el usuario no pidió (perfilado, marketing, “deceptive designs”…). El EDPB señala que la opción de compra como invitado debe ser la regla en comercio electrónico, salvo en casos muy específicos como suscripciones o acceso realmente exclusivo. 💡 La protección de datos por defecto no es un eslogan: es una obligación legal.
