Yesterday, our consultation train berthed in Yagba West Local Government Area where we had the honour of engaging with the hardworking executives and stakeholders of our great party, the APC, led by the Yagba West APC Chairman, Hon. Abayomi Sunday (Unkuto). We were deeply humbled by the warmth, sincerity, and overwhelming reception accorded to our team and the Omoluabi Movement. For us, the party structure remains the backbone of our democracy and the engine room of every electoral success. Our ward executives, local government leaders, women leaders, youth mobilizers, and grassroots faithful have continued to make enormous sacrifices for the stability and growth of our great party over the years. They must not only be respected but meaningfully carried along in every process and decision-making conversation. I remain firmly committed to the unity, peace, and progress of the APC across Yagba West and Kogi West at large. Our strength as a party lies in our ability to stay united, deepen inclusivity, and build consensus through fairness, consultation, and mutual respect. I was particularly touched by the prayers, encouragement, and kind words from party leaders, women, and youths who expressed confidence in our shared vision for a more vibrant, accessible, and development-focused representation for Kogi West. Together, we will continue to build bridges, strengthen our party, and work towards a future that benefits every community across Kogi West Senatorial District.
