My Unjust Experience with Hostinger – Unresponsive Support, Withheld Domains & Unfounded Suspension:
1/8
I’d like to share my recent, frustrating experience with
@Hostinger. My account was suddenly suspended due to vague “phishing” allegations—claims I firmly contest since I’ve never engaged in any malicious activity.

Despite my numerous requests for a clear explanation or concrete evidence, all responses were generic and unhelpful. No details, no evidence—just vague statements that left me in the dark.

Worse still, Hostinger withheld three domain names that I fully paid for along with other services. They refused to release the necessary EPP codes, effectively locking me out and stopping any transfer to another registrar.

I even escalated the issue by contacting their CEO, @DaugirdasJankus, and Chairman, Mr. Arnas Stuopelis. Unfortunately, I received no response from either of them. Copies of our communications are available if needed.

This unilateral decision has severely disrupted my business, causing operational setbacks and damaging my professional reputation. I was ready to cooperate and take corrective measures if given a fair chance.

I believe every customer deserves transparency and proper communication—especially when their online assets and hard-earned money are at stake. Vague justifications and withheld domains are unacceptable.

I’m sharing my story in hopes that it will prompt a review of these practices and serve as a cautionary tale for others considering
@Hostinger. We deserve to be treated with fairness and respect.
