Najnowsza edycja #EUSI Policy Dialogue odbywa się dziś w Nikozji na Cyprze, we współpracy z Cyprus Forum (@CypForum), równolegle do nieformalnego spotkania ministrów spraw zagranicznych UE (Gymnich). Dzisiejszy Policy Dialogue został zaprojektowany jako całodniowa, pogłębiona rozmowa o tym, jak Europa powinna zaktualizować swoją strategię bezpieczeństwa – od nowych formatów decyzyjnych po wzmocnienie odporności na zagrożenia hybrydowe i presję ekonomiczno‑wojskową. W czterech kolejnych sesjach rozmawiamy o bezpieczeństwie w obliczu wojny i ataków hybrydowych (Sesja 2), o politycznych intuicjach i sporach na najwyższym szczeblu (Sesja 3) – high‑level fireside chat z udziałem między innymi Wiceprezesa Rady Ministrów, Ministra Spraw Zagranicznych – Radosława Sikorskiego (@sikorskiradek) oraz o budowaniu europejskiej bazy przemysłowo‑obronnej i wdrażaniu SAFE (Sesja 4). W Nikozji gromadzimy przedstawicieli rządów, instytucji UE, think tanków i środowisk akademickich z całej Europy – od ekspertów z EuropeaUnion Institute for Security Studies, po analityków z @PolitykaInsight, The Polish Institute of International Affairs (@PISM_Poland ) i ośrodków badawczych z Cypru, Francji, Niemiec czy Irlandii.
