Reinstall windows fully. Install drivers from the original manufacturers on their websites (find names from motherboard site but don't download from there) and full disable windows updates. Install C redistributables using C AIO on MajorGeeks. When you update GPU driver, use DDU and fresh install, verify game files and delete %localappdata%/FortniteGame after every update. If still crash send eventviewer logs.

The PC port is extremely good. Haven't had a single issue. Have you checked your eventviewer after the crashes? Are you experiencing freezing followed by a black screen? Are you just getting an error message? Black screen = GPU crashing, the rest usually are unstable CPU/RAM.

that registry trick caused quite some issues for people. EventViewer logs pile up quick, not all SSDs handle it well, gives weird spikes in unresponsiveness when a lot is happening on the system (gpu, sound, etc...). They are working on it, but it was server-only for a reason.
