@Meta,
@Facebook,
@Finkd - This is my final plea with 8 days left before my account, banned October 28, 2024, is deleted. Hereâs the email Meta ignores:
On October 28, 2024, Meta banned my account over a Middle School football livestream promotional video for United Independent School District in Laredo, TX, where I manage PR. The videoâmy original music, district drone shots, school mascot logos, and a fair-use YouTube logo from Digital Juice (shut down January 2024)âbroke no rules.
Instagram, owned by Meta, found no issue with the same content [
instagram.com/p/DBq9-PNvrU-/], yet your inept bots and negligent oversight banned me. The videoâs also live, unchallenged on X [
x.com/GuitarJoe66/status/185âŠ] and YouTube [
youtu.be/Dt_C_ZK40Ak], with no IP claims. Iâm stuck at âWaiting for infoâ [screenshot] with only 8 days until deletion.
This is an injusticeâIâm losing 15 years of irreplaceable memories: photos, connections with long-lost friends from my 1970sâ80s childhood and teen years in the Panama Canal Zone and across the U.S. that I thought Iâd never see again, and the first messages with my wife saved in Messenger. Social media reunited usâyour ban deletes those connections and memories.
I won appeals on flagged posts in September and October, yet this ban persists. I filed with the BBB [ID 23040450], closed âunansweredâ after Metaâs silence [screenshot]. Meta Verified rejected me four times; X verified me instantly. Support@fb.com bounced, data downloadâs stalled. TLSC cited my income; I served in the Texas Military Forces. IP@fb.comâs form failed, data form loops, and Iâve filed with the California AG.
Mark Zuckerberg, your bot-driven platform is a disgrace, failing real people. Reinstate my accountâdonât erase my life over your mistake.

This is the video
@facebook decided was an intellectual property violation, and disabled my account. Everything in it is original, just like the other videos I posted that they took down. If there's copyright problems, X will say so.
