Looks like many service providers still don't understand what GDPR means. A service provider says they are GDPR compliant, because they don't store data inside EU, saying nothing about the data of EU users stored outside of EU. 🙈 #GDPR #GDPRFail

The biggest thing they're missing is a lawful basis for processing any information about third parties (see phone book siphoning) in order to build shadow profiles. In close second place would be their total disregard and unawareness of Article 14 (or GDPR in general) #gdprfail
