For my Gen Z daughter:
1. Graduate near the top of her class
2. Go to College
3. Obtain a degree in psychology
4. Go to law school
5. Pass the BAR
6. Become a prosecutor

Don't feel the need to graduate, or even to stick to one field
Many other professions exist than doctors, lawyers, stock traders, etc. that stereotypically pay a lot, still pay quite well, and might be more respected and satisfying and less soul-sucking

Read books, with real paper pages, and not just novels, but old encyclopedias, and other reference works
Learn about slide shows, microfilm, and other older tech
Previous generations had a tougher time but learned how to learn
