Symbio : 350 millions d’euros d’argent public brûlés en 2 ans ! La « pépite française » de l’hydrogène, co-entreprise Michelin/Forvia/Stellantis, a perçu plus de 350 M€ d’aides publiques avant d’annoncer le licenciement de 70 % de ses salariés (350 postes sur 510 à Saint-Fons) ! Objectif 2024 : 16 000 piles à combustible produites. Réalité : seulement 680 ! L’UE n’a pas mis un euro, elle l’a officiellement approuvé ce projet en juillet 2022 parmi 41 projets de 15 pays (Hy2Tech). Elle a autorisé jusqu’à 5,4 milliards d’euros d’aides publiques pour l’ensemble de Hy2Tech. Symbio fait partie des projets français retenus dans Hy2Tech et a été sélectionné comme l’un des projets phares français dans cette initiative 🇪🇺 ! Cela devait créer 1 000 emplois et faire de nous des "champions"… ça finit en plan social massif ! L’UE définit la stratégie industrielle européenne, valide les projets, mais ce sont les États qui payent, les contribuables et ça foire. 💸 ANATOMIE D'UN NOUVEAU FIASCO SUBVENTIONNÉ — 5 décembre 2023, Saint-Fons. Pannier-Runacher (@AgnesRunacher), Lescure (@RolandLescure), Wauquiez (@laurentwauquiez) inaugurent la gigafactory hydrogène #Symbio. La ministre annonce vouloir faire de la France « le leader mondial de l'hydrogène ». La presse parle de « reconquérir le monde ». Bruno Le Maire (@BrunoLeMaire) intervient par vidéo. Trois ans plus tard, le bilan : 🔸 313 M€ d'aides européennes (IPCEI Hy2Tech, sur 670 M€ programmés) 🔸 18,3 M€ de crédit impôt recherche 🔸 1 milliard € d'investissement annoncé sur 7 ans ➡️ Objectif officiel : 200 000 véhicules équipés d'ici 2030 2024 : 680 piles produites au lieu des 16 000 prévues. Mai 2026 : 350 licenciements sur 510 salariés (70 % des effectifs). Stellantis : 324 M€ passés en perte, 145 M€ de créances abandonnées. L'argent public n'est pas allé en R&D miraculeuse : 140 M€ en salaires, 110 M€ en achats, 1,6 M€ d'indemnités pour les six dirigeants partants dont un MBA aux États-Unis offert. 📌 Le problème n'est pas Symbio. Le problème est l'État stratège qui choisit les gagnants à coups de milliards, désigne par décret les « filières d'avenir », et fait disparaître l'argent du contribuable dans des paris industriels que le marché aurait refusés. Quand Pannier-Runacher promettait « la transition écologique synonyme d'emplois », elle ne disait pas lesquels. Aujourd'hui on le sait : ceux qu'on supprime.

I sistemi, destinati a soluzioni navali e terrestri nei settori civile e della difesa, contribuiranno alla decarbonizzazione dei trasporti e dell’industria, nell’ambito di un più ampio impegno del Gruppo per l’innovazione sostenibile, con progetti come Wave 2 the Future, parte dell’IPCEI “Hy2Tech” sull’idrogeno. La nuova linea, parte del Centro Innovazione e Sviluppo (CIS) avviato nel 2023 con il supporto del Fondo Europeo di Sviluppo Regionale Puglia, si inserisce nel percorso di trasformazione dello stabilimento di Bari in un Polo Tecnologico d’avanguardia orientato al Net Zero. IFM investirà circa 30 milioni di euro in cinque anni, anche grazie ai fondi IPCEI, per sviluppare sistemi a zero emissioni e ridurre la propria impronta carbonica. Tra le prime applicazioni, il modulo marinizzato di celle a combustibile IFM sarà installato sulla Viking Libra, la prima nave da crociera al mondo alimentata a idrogeno stoccato a bordo, sia per la propulsione che per la generazione di energia elettrica.
