INGSOCs are slowly waking up to the fact that no one outside of INGSOC has to obey their laws.
Also it can be argued that they are not serious about this, and are trying to blackmail american companies taht are run by imbeciles to get them to obey laws they don't have to obey.
No real American would ever capitulate to the laws of the UK; there is simply no reason to, and the UK is not a big enough market to warrant any accommodation or concessions to radical Marxism.
4Chan, Gab and many others will never ever capitulate to INGSOC. You can count on it.
If the INGSOCs were really serious about this, and were really doing it to "Protect the Kiddies" they would order ISPs to block 4Chan and any US company that refuses OfCom's orders.
UK ISPs already do this for The Pirate Bay and other Warez trackers, and it is literally a one minute job to add a TLD (website address, INGSOC genius) to their block list and then the problem is solved and solved legally, without the humiliation of Americans telling INGSOC to "Go Brush Your Teeth LIMEY LUSERS."

Apart from the obvious similarity in leftist, collectivist politics, the extreme authoritarianism of Labour is highly visible:
Cancelling elections,
Removing jury trial, two tier policing and justice based on demographics - as well as government discrimination based on the same and promotion of some demographics while supressing and demonising others,
Removal of freedom of speech, and jailing dissidents.
Tracking of people like big brother,
The encouragement of violence towards oppostion,
Etc
You are not exactly the same, you're more like Ingsoc in Orwell's 1984.
