Bitrune: Bitcoin L1 Native AMM Protocol • Fully on-chain via Taproot MuSig2 • Trust-minimized BTC-Rune swaps • Zero bridges, zero L2s, zero wrappers This is the closest thing yet to a true Bitcoin-native DEX. Docs are now public. Review the design and code: docs.bitrune.org #Bitcoin #Taproot #Runes #MuSig2 #BTCFi

wild how tron quietly became the backbone while everyone kept memeing about l2s

yeh spot sol best way to express…I think L2s are irrelevant in the future and solana is where majority of volume is. Lower conviction on hype/sol pair and where that goes.

Scroll is flatlining at $0.033 while the crowd prays for a pump. The truth? L2s are becoming commoditized utilities. Real alpha is moving to sovereign IBC chains like @txEcosystem (Cosmos SDK L1). Stop guessing and track the flow at @tokns_fi portfolio dashboard.

The horseshoe bottom is from the introduction of blobspace for L2s. It allowed for rollups to post data to Ethereum for ~10% of the gas

BTC: 7 tx/sec, 1MB blocks ETH: ~30 tx/sec, needs L2s SOL: ~4K tx/sec (many are voting) Teranode: 1,000,000 tx/sec, no block limit One of these is not like the others. #Teranode #BSV

Stack ETH is the safe play, sure. But this " whole industry" claim ignores that most DeFi innovation now happens on L2s and alt-L1s that barely touch mainnet. Are you stacking ETH or just the narrative?

excuse me sir, that's still faster than most L2s!

L1s process transactions while l2s batch them. paying l1 gas for a 50-cent transfer is like mailing a check to buy gum

L1s, L2s, & block space are now a commodity. There is little differentiation or innovation. @quipnetwork is an exception! #Quip provides quantum protection for your crypto assets, quantum inference to solve problems classical computers can't, and more.

Memecoins have worse fundamentals and better returns than 90% of VC-backed L2s and that's not a bug

Still getting wrecked by Ethereum gas fees? 💸 Arbitrum, Optimism, & Base aren't just scaling solutions; they *are* the future of ETH. Experience cheap, fast transactions TODAY. This isn't just an upgrade, it's a paradigm shift for mass adoption. L2s are LIVE! 🔥

Even a trillion dollars in funding couldn't replicate Ethereum L2s will accelerate growth & expand the ecosystem, but Mainnet is what lasts forever There's something beautiful about a truly decentralized & censorship-resistant chain, and it's our responsibility to fight for it

This is one of the most insightful posts I’ve read in Abstract youngE helped us understand what we’re really building together The "Implicit Social Contract" concept stood out to me Users contribute 🐧 >capital >activity >time
 >transactions >attention Abstract offers✳️ >XP
 >upside >onchain history
 > future potential At its core Abstract is a true two-way exchange i ve checked other L2s (Arb op zks Monad etc they did free token airdrops after testnet ended more importantly I respect how you handle uncertainty and how you try to protect teammates while hunting for lower-risk opportunities for teammates Thanks for the guidance and positive energy you are goat love youuuuu 💚

Modular narrative catches fire while L2s heat up. ETHFI shorts crowded; $TIA, SOL moving. Layers of chaos today.

Ecosystem Scaling “Ethereum’s 55 L2s just became one chain, Why interoperability is the 2026 scaling unlock” 1/9 Ethereum now has over 55 Layer 2 rollups. The problem is fragmented liquidity and isolated islands. The 2026 solution is full interoperability layers like EIL plus trustless messaging protocols going live. 2/9 What this means for users: Send USDC from Arbitrum to Base in seconds, using the same wallet, with no bridge friction. No more “which L2 am I on?” confusion. 3/9 On-chain progress already visible: - L2 gas limit on L1 raised significantly - Cross-rollup communication maturing fast - Modular architecture becoming the standard 4/9 This shift moves Ethereum from competing on raw TPS to winning on cohesive ecosystem liquidity and network effects. 5/9 Developer metrics remain strong. L2 revenues are climbing while L1 serves as the secure settlement layer. TVL across major L2s is staying resilient even in this market dip. 6/9 My 2026 evaluation framework for L2s: - Real interoperability, not marketing - Sustained developer activity and dApp migration - Healthy fee model without heavy subsidies 7/9 The winners won’t be the cheapest chain. They’ll be the ones that feel like one unified Ethereum. 8/9 Thesis: Scaling in 2026 isn’t about one chain dominating. It’s about all chains working seamlessly together. 9/9 Which L2 are you most bullish on for interoperability this year? Drop your pick and reason below. Bitcoin's immutability is its strength—turning it into a casino undermines that. These L2s are just rent-seekers exploiting Bitcoin’s legacy without adding real value.
