Co-creating practical entrepreneurship solutions for real people, real businesses, and lasting community impact.
Over the past three days, HOVUC participated in the Inclusive Entrepreneurship Curriculum Validation and Co-Creation Workshop held in Nakuru under the
@TheIYBA SEED Program implemented by
@SlovakAid through
@ImpactGAFriaca . The workshop convened innovation hubs, trainers, facilitators, TVET institutions, development partners, and ecosystem actors to collaboratively validate and strengthen an inclusive entrepreneurship curriculum and Training of Trainers (ToT) Toolkit.
The validation process focused on refining a 15-module curriculum framework designed to support young people and women entrepreneurs at idea and early business stages. Through evidence-based discussions, comparative analysis, reflection sessions, and stakeholder engagement, participants worked to ensure the curriculum is practical, inclusive, market-responsive, and grounded in the lived realities of entrepreneurs across Kisumu, Nakuru, and Uasin Gishu counties.
The workshop also created space for testing and refining facilitation tools, trainee workbooks, and delivery approaches to strengthen knowledge transfer, improve implementation, and support sustainable impact for communities and entrepreneurs.
At HOVUC, we believe meaningful change happens through collaboration, shared learning, and co-creating solutions that respond to emerging community and market needs.
