Looking for recommendations on a helpdesk system for our edtech platform.
Requirements:
• Students already log in via Mobile OTP
• No separate helpdesk login/password
• Students should access Help Center directly from inside our app
• Strict privacy (students can only see their own tickets)
• Use EPS ID (Eduport ID - Primary Key) Mobile Number (no email-based workflow)
• Just-in-time customer creation (don't want to sync 100k students upfront)
• Support team should get ticket assignment, SLA, automation, reports, canned replies, etc.
• Self-hosted preferred
• Cost-efficient and scalable
