Meta’s response has been limited to automated replies, with no human intervention or resolution. Adding to the shock, I received the following message from Meta: “We've suspended your account. Your Facebook account was suspended because your Instagram account tangquochung57347 doesn't follow our rules. You have 177 days left to appeal. Log in to your linked Instagram account to appeal our decision.” This account, tangquochung57347, is entirely unrelated to me. I have never owned, created, or accessed it. I strongly believe my verified profile was hacked, and that this unauthorized association was the result of malicious interference. Yet Meta has not taken any meaningful steps to investigate or correct this issue. To make matters worse, a user named Kat Efaw, using the email onaflnqi@hotmail.com, was added to my business account without my knowledge or consent. I do not know this person, nor do I recognize this action — which raises further alarming concerns about the security of my data. This is not just a technical oversight. It is a severe breach of trust. Since 2014, I have maintained and developed my professional presence on Facebook and Instagram for over 11 years.
