At the Mexican Cultural Institute in Vienna, a center for creativity and knowledge, students from the @moduluniversity Debate Club spoke with Minister Alberto Glender, a member of #OrgulloSEM, about Mexico’s perspective on a multilateral reality marked by uncertainty.
