#onecom appalling customer service. Renewed my phone contract then found out that they had attached Device insurance & McAfee I didn’t want without asking. Device insurance was easy to cancel. Macafee with #CyberSentry who it’s impossible to contact. #onecom have now gone ghost.

Lost count how many times I’ve had to email Onecom, only to have to the phone them . Each phone call I’ve complained & have been promised someone would contact me. Been going on for weeks!

I’m not a business, just a homeowner.
Onecom has taken duplicate payments since I switched to digital landline & broadband.
Very poor communication,many complaints-supposed to email me & haven’t .

But couldn’t proceed because India wasn't even in the citizenship list

I transferred my domain to @onecom and was surprised to find that incorrect registrant details were added instead of mine.
As a result, I can’t control my domain transfer because the Auth Code is being sent to someone else.
Despite this being their mistake,
