Jag kommer fram till ca 5x EBITDA på rest-MTG till dagens kurs, något högre än multipeln man köpte Plarium på som var 4.5x. Men tror marknaden överskattar vad man kan få för Playsimple.
EBITDA är inte heller rätt mått för tillgångar som har avtagande livslängd såsom RAID och remain-co är utan du får nog titta på FCF och då ligger man på 11x idag baserat på 21x FCF för Playsimple som vore en sjuk premie om man lyckades sälja till det.
