LEAD EMPOWERED TV - OKLAHOMA BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT SERIES What does it take to build a workplace culture that lasts? Not a culture initiative that fades after a few months. Not a leadership program that gets forgotten after the next busy season. A culture that continues to shape people, performance, and organizational success year after year. This week on Lead Empowered TV, I had the privilege of sitting down with Andria McCollough, CCUF, Chief Administrative Officer at Truity Credit Union, to discuss the organization's culture journey that began in 2015 and continues to influence how they develop leaders, engage employees, and serve their members today. One of the themes that resonated most with me was Andria's belief that leadership is ultimately about helping people believe in themselves. When leaders invest in people, create trust, communicate clearly, and intentionally develop talent, something powerful happens: individuals grow, teams strengthen, and culture becomes more than a slogan - it becomes a competitive advantage. Truity Credit Union is a great example of an Oklahoma organization making intentional investments in its people and culture, and I appreciate Andria sharing insights from that journey with our audience. If you're a business leader, executive, HR professional, or organization working to build a stronger culture, develop leaders, and create a workplace where people can thrive, I think you'll find tremendous value in this conversation. 🎥 Watch "Building Belief: How Intentional Culture Shapes High-Performing Teams with Andria McCullough" tonight on Lead Empowered TV at 7pm CST. youtube.com/watch?v=pWvzV9EJ… And if your Oklahoma-based organization has a story worth sharing around leadership, workplace culture, innovation, community impact, or organizational growth, I'd love to connect. One of things I want to do more of with Lead Empowered TV is highlighting the leaders and businesses that are making a positive difference across our state. #Leadership #WorkplaceCulture #OrganizationalCulture #PeopleDevelopment #LeadershipDevelopment #EmployeeEngagement #HumanResources #CompanyCulture #TeamDevelopment #CultureTransformation #LeadershipMindset #BusinessLeadership #CreditUnionLeadership #CultureStrategy #HighPerformingTeams #InternalCommunication #EmployeeExperience #WomenInLeadership #OklahomaBusiness #TulsaBusiness #LeadEmpoweredTV

What if one conversation could unlock the potential, confidence, and transformation someone has carried within them for years? That is the power of coaching. Eight years ago, when I made the decision to become a coach, I honestly did not fully understand how impactful this profession would become in my life and in the lives of others. What started as a personal growth journey has now become one of the most transformational experiences I have witnessed in leadership and people development. Last week, I walked into a room filled with over 200 delegates from leading organizations, all gathered around one powerful theme: Coaching. In that moment, I realized how much the world is evolving and embracing coaching as a critical leadership and people development tool. I was particularly inspired to witness the unveiling of Uganda’s first ICF Accredited Coaching Programme, the Workplace Coach Accreditation Programme, offered by Imagine Me Africa Ltd under the visionary leadership of Coach @joan_mugenzi , MCC. The vision of this program to make coaching accessible to everyone who needs it in the workplace is both timely and transformational. Thank you, Joan, for making what used to be something for the C-Suite accessible to Gen Z in their first year of employment. It was equally insightful listening to Patrick Ayota share how coaching has transformed the culture and performance at the National Social Security Fund Uganda, alongside the rich discussions from panelists of Sylvia Mulomi, Stephen Mukasa PCC, and Julius Rwotlonyo, who each shared how coaching had transformed their leadership journeys. The icing on the cake was the presentation from Chief Guest, Malcolm Fiellies, PCC, Regional Director for International Coaching Federation Europe and Africa, who shared global statistics insights on coaching trends. The entire discussion confirmed that Coaching is not just a corrective measure but a powerful pathway to unlocking human potential, transforming leaders, and building stronger workplaces. The future of leadership will not only depend on technical competence, but also on the ability to empower, inspire, and bring out the best in people, leveraging tools like Coaching. ⬛️ Leading Work and Talent in the AI Era Key Insights from the World Economic Forum - The study outlines four possible futures of work by 2030 and delivers a clear message: 📢 Artificial Intelligence is not merely an efficiency tool - it is a structural force reshaping work, organizations, and society. The critical question is no longer whether AI will be adopted, but how it is applied and governed. 🔷 Work is being recomposed Jobs are not disappearing wholesale; they are being reconfigured. Routine activities are increasingly automated, while human capabilities such as problem solving, creativity, judgment, and social intelligence grow in value. As a result, work becomes more modular, project‑based, and less tied to rigid job roles. 🔷 Talent becomes more strategic than capital Organizations are competing for skills rather than headcount. Continuous learning, reskilling, and internal mobility are no longer HR initiatives - they are core leadership responsibilities. Companies that fail to invest systematically in talent ecosystems risk falling behind, regardless of their access to advanced technology. 🔷 Leadership shifts from control to enablement As AI takes over operational and analytical decisions, leaders must provide purpose, direction, and accountability for human‑machine collaboration. Trust, transparency, and clear ethical guardrails replace micromanagement as the primary levers of leadership. 🔷 Inequality is not a side effect - it is a design risk. Without deliberate action, AI will amplify existing divides between skill levels, regions, and organizations. The study emphasizes that long‑term resilience emerges where businesses, policymakers, and education systems collaborate to guide this transformation. The core message is clear: the future of AI is not predetermined. Technology does not decide the future of work - leadership decisions do. Organizations that integrate AI with talent development, ethical responsibility, and a long‑term perspective will not only secure competitiveness, but also contribute to social stability. 📢 What Managers Need to Do Now - A Practical Strategy for the AI Era ▪️ Start small, build fast, scale what works ▪️Align technology and talent strategies ▪️Invest in human-AI collaboration and agentic workflows ▪️Invest in data governance and infrastructure ▪️Anticipate talent needs and future-proof value chains ▪️Strengthen organizational culture and trust in emerging technologies ▪️Prepare for different implications across occupations, tasks and markets ▪️Design multi-generational workflows – Leverage strategic partnership Download: tinyurl.com/yc4brayd | @wef@Khulood_Almani @timo_vi @TamaraMcCleary @AkwyZ @MaryRich78 @rwang0 @drsharwood @DrHolzwarth @HelenBevan @phinifa @pierrecappelli @JimHarris @jenstirrup @GlenGilmore @subare @Ronald_vanLoon @enilev @Scobleizer @AndrewYNg @YuHelenYu @quepasachico#FutureOfWork #AI #People #Talent #Leadership #CultureChange #Strategy #peopleDevelopment #HumanAICollaboration #Trust #Jobs

Leadership isn’t about the power you hold It’s about the lives you lift up Real leadership is contribution, not control It’s seeing the spark in someone before they see it themselves, and helping that flame grow into a fire Great leaders don’t just direct — they inspire direction They don’t manage people — they unlock potential Real leadership looks like this:• Celebrating potential instead of overlooking it • Removing obstacles instead of adding pressure • Opening doors instead of guarding them • Turning “I can’t” into “I’ll try” But it all starts from within Self-awareness. Humility. Integrity. Emotional intelligence. The courage to admit “I don’t know” and the commitment to keep learning anyway Most importantly — truly listening Not just to reply, but to understand and support. When people feel heard and valued, they don’t just follow… They take ownership and grow beyond expectations At its core, leadership is simple yet powerful:Building people who become better than you. Creating a legacy measured in confidence, growth, and transformation The real question isn’t “How do you lead?” It’s: How many people became better because you did? Leave every person better than you found them #Leadership #LeadWithPurpose #PeopleDevelopment #GrowthMindset #Legacy
