Unfortunately the new AI Act provides little rights…. only containing the obligation to be informed in the case of using high-risk AI. We need to push for a Directive that regulates AI at the workplace during this new @EU_Commission mandate. The algorithmic management part of the #PlatformDirective provides a great model for this, with extensive information and consultation rights, but for the moment this applies only to platform workers.
