Simple and effective way to design workouts for yourself.
Start with picking 3 movements/piece of equipment for each workout session and cycling thru them. Each time you cycle thru change up the exercise slightly.
Here are a couple examples:
Session 1 - push-ups, kettlebell, plyobox
Round 1 - Standard push-ups, standard kb swings, box step ups
Round 2 - Spider-Man push-ups, slow motion kb deadlift, box jumps
Session 2 - Rings, speed rope, lunges
Round 1 - Ring rows, jump rope, jumping lunges
Round 2 - Ring dips, single leg jump rope, elevated leg lunge
You’ll have to gauge the reps or duration for the exercises based on your ability and time you have available. Aim for around 5 rounds if you can.
Coming up with variations on exercises might be a challenging at first if you’re not used to thinking about it.
Try some weird shit. That’s where the fun is.
