I believe every child in Pennsylvania deserves the freedom to chart their own course and the opportunity to succeed in our Commonwealth — which is why we've made it a focus to invest in our kids and schools all across Pennsylvania.
And as a result, universal free breakfast is the law, school attendance is rising, and graduation rates have increased every year consecutively under my administration.
We're going to keep fighting and delivering for our kids.
