why? he only talks about lithography. did you not read what I just said about all that goes into this? Hsu is saying China just got an EUV _prototype_ working. we had EUV prototypes decades ago. China still has to productionize it AND design the chips AND produce them at scale. “working chips by 2030” doesn’t mean “frontier AI chips ready for production,” it means “proof of concept.” and that’s if you believe any of this. Hsu himself says to “take it with a grain of salt.” you’re saying they’re ready to win a marathon bc they learned how to tie their shoes. besides, they’re still very far behind in AI research itself. they’re cut off from distilling our frontier, so now they need to figure out how to train models too!

it only works “locally” like you need to use your subscription and run Claude code in your project, so I call this more my personal dev env than an actual agent manager. I may productionize it.

Been building apps with my own design framework that combines Liquid Glass and Neobrutalism and decided to productionize it as a website/repo so I can tell my agents to reference it as the design language for new apps. I call it Structured Liquidity. structured.glass/

This ignores cost to run though? Sure, maybe the code you have generated is slop in the backend but if you don’t know what to use to productionize and scale and you just use the easy tools you’re going to end up with a surprise bill

Two years to develop and productionize space datacenters? Why not just say it will never happen if it doesn't make any sense.

Open-source starters for production AI workflows are honestly becoming insanely valuable 😭 A lot of people can generate images now. Very few know how to productionize the pipeline cleanly. What was the hardest part while building Ember?

Our data infrastructure is quietly becoming one of the biggest advantages in building reliable AI agents for clinical development. We spent the last decade unifying fragmented data, metadata, lineage, and governance. Those foundational layers are already solved, which makes embedding agents within the platform much faster and safer. We’re seeing this clearly as we embed multiple agents within elluminate alongside existing data products and workflows. The moat isn’t the agent. It’s the trusted execution layer underneath. What’s the hardest part you’re hitting when trying to productionize agents in regulated clinical trials environments? @eClinical_Sol #ClinicalData #AIinHealthcare #ClinicalTrials

People don't understand you have to do all these prototype things before you have the pieces to productionize and polish. No way around it.

State of Vibe Coding 2026: the adoption war is over. The quality war has begun. Interesting data from Hashnode’s latest report: - 92% of US developers use AI coding tools daily - 46% of new code is AI-generated - Trust in AI-generated code dropped from 77% → 60% - Around 45% of AI-generated code samples contain OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities The market already made its decision. Nobody is debating whether developers will use AI anymore. They already do. The new battle is about governance, security, architecture, testing, and maintainability. That’s becoming a strong Open Mercato sales argument: “Vibe coding won the adoption war. Now every CTO is paying for the lack of governance.” The winners won’t be the teams generating code fastest. They’ll be the teams that can safely productionize it.

Earlier this year some engineers I know were getting regular requests from execs to "productionize" their Claude creations and many of them decided to take a career break.
Unclear if a durable trend, but CEOs and CTOs are back to coding with a fury, thanks to coding agents. I have public company CEOs sliding into my DMs (and “InMail”) telling me about falling in love with shipping software again thanks to Claude Code and Vercel. “Dream accounts” that we always wanted to work with, where in the past the C-suite would hardly understand the infrastructure until much later in the game. Coding agents are the ultimate PLG-fication of the enterprise. Bad, legacy software can’t hide anymore. The stack that works is self-evident to the entire organization, from intern to CEO.
