Legion HC ROAPM work - old / not perfect - best I have. Certainly higher today. Access vs. within a radius are completely different so... that is Jeff and my diff in answers. Both can be accurate IMO.

FFS is not helpful financially for Vsim as you still bill for simulation under same CPT code. In bundled rate like RORC/ROAPM you actually couldn’t drop the sim code either as treatment planning triggers episode. A fixed lower palliative rate for bone mets could improve it though

The #ROAPM certainly favored the large #PPSexempt hospitals by excusing them from mandatory participation, even when they were within a selected zip code--disadvantaging nearby facilities forced to participate

An RO-APM can help preserve revenue as we move to shorter hypofx'd tx's. But:
1. There must be a way to recognize multi-site metastatic treatments.
2. Eliminate quality data reporting--already done via MIPS (ROAPM participants weren't excused from MIPS)
