This is a word made up of two words. 伏魔(Fukuma) : 伏魔(Fukuma) is coming from the word “伏魔殿(Fukumaden)”. It means a place where evil people gather and plot all sorts of mischief. In novels, games, and other creative works, the term is used to refer to a hall where demons lurk, and is also used metaphorically to describe a place where conspiracies and evil deeds are constantly being hatched. The origin of this word is the name of a building in the Chinese biographical novel "水滸伝(Suikoden)”. In the story, a Taoist seals the Demon King in the basement of a building built in the mountains. A signboard was hung at the eaves of the building with the words "伏魔殿(Fukumaden)" written in gold letters, and later, people say that this "伏魔殿(Fukumaden)" is "a place that must never be unsealed". 御厨子(Mizushi): This is a respectful term for 厨子(Zushi), meaning a container in which important objects such as Buddhist statues and relics are kept.
