How convenient. Remote Help is now included in E3 / E5. Time to revisit the product. Since then, I've implemented #wdac where I allow all signed Microsoft binaries, but apparently not all binaries in the #remoteHelp installation are signed. :-D

Well, @MSIntune #RemoteHelp is going to be fun. Both ends need to download the Remote Help app. The link provided in the dialog goes to the store and can't find the app. Even when we got everything installed and running... it times out with an "error on our end" issue. Hmmm.
