They implemented Compulsory Forced Population control in southern states and were liberal in Northern states, especially Uttar Pradesh. Results: 1. The population of Southern states did not raise proportionately and Northern states raised substantially, coupled with poor governance, high corruption of allocated funds, low revenue generation, improper basic facilities like education, jobs, industry set-up, etc which has made more people to stay on the lower edge of economy, prepared to displace for sustenance. 4. Financial devolution to states was promised by Congress Indira Gandhi will be followed as per ratios of previous levels and not proportionate to population. This formula was changed in proportion of population after BJP came to power at Union. So, whether a state is underperforming or misusing funds, not generating revenue, not providing facilities for people growth in education, setting industries for jobs, not built infrastructure, involving in high corruption of funds, etc., is not a concern at all, but only on account of population, gets more funds from the taxes collected from all other states is the logic of the day. Due to this, productive states with lesser population growth get lesser share than the non-productive states with higher population during Financial devolution, during Finance commission allocations. Here, TN Finance Minister says for every 1 Rupee that is returned to Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh gets 4.75 Rupees, merely on population basis. 5. Southern states are now flooded with north Indians, as they migrate for better education, jobs and take money back home to feed families. What Southern states are to suffer with ? - The natives of state lose job opportunities and suffer for livelihood with their families, as North Indians mostly come as individuals without families and are willing to work more hours for lesser pay. - The less job prone local population does not have lifestyle that supports more children. - There has been huge flow of Alcohol, drugs and "Dravidian nomadic lifestyle" promotion in the state which affects family structure lifestyle heavily and also increases crimes within society. - The Freebie culture of politics fires down the hardworking mentality of people. -People forget the high debts and subsequent higher taxation on all services and products due to the Poor administration, while political parties only promote Freebies as achievements. - They show the incomes of the Mineral thieves, power corrupt lobbies/mafia/individuals, as People's GDP & Earnings in records as achievements. - This forced migration cascaded with natural flow thence, becomes a Strategy for #NaturalHindiImposition agenda of Union at public level affects Linguistic Currency of Tamil, in its own linguistic state - State money goes to another state - South Indian states money earned by North Indians gets spend in North Indian states increasing consumerism there than South. - since there is State Inner Line Permit system for the migrated workers, No internal official accountability for the migrated population, the Crime resolution becomes difficult as crime rates are increasing too. - The demography of Politics is also shifting, as the migrant workers are now becoming families and they are getting Ration Cards and Voting Rights in the state. DMK and ADMK have been even worser as they allowed Pan India candidates to join TN Govt jobs through TNPSC, making the state administration-infiltrated with Hindi Speaking population. This is nothing but, giving away on Golden platter, the State right to employ its own state people to the Union, even though state jobs is not a Union subject. Tamil Nadu is facing multiple issues due to poor Management and Governance by its elected Governments on People, Language and Jobs, to name the least. One side they talk dramatically of State rights and Tamil, on another side they themselves act as Slaves to the Centralization of State Rights, implement the programs that they themselves branded as "evil designs". And the biggest reasons for these Evils are 1. Wrong implementation of Family Planning Program with Forced Control Agenda 2. Financial devolution mainly on population basis, thus "punishing" the performing states and "pampering" the underperforming states. 3. We only need really "Educated, administratively Qualified" Capable persons in high seats of States and Union. The "Fake Certificates" and the "Daddhies" would only spoil the administration further. We have had enough of these drama babus from Congress, BJP at union and DMK/ADMK at TN state levels... - Owing to the less population count today, with Just 39 MPs, Southern states like TN will never be able to get the best bargain of any Policies that can be easily won over by the more populated Northern States with higher net total of MPs in Indian Parliament. - Apart from sucking out the financials, there is more welfare and rights of people at stake here, which we see as a Conspiracy by both Union and State politicians combined. None of the corrupt are brought to justice, or the recovered properties Nationalized. Lok Adalat is not even functioning, to deliver. - The very purpose of different nation people and kingdoms, joining to form the Indian Democratic Union and re-organize into various States structure, is to improve each as a Federal state within Union. All will be respected equivalently and equally and supported well by the Union. But the way it is being dealt with and conducted by both State and Union politics, can surely say without doubt that, "India is moving towards a Unitary State with people's languages, history and their rights suppressed and changed", where only dictatorship can prevail, which is dangerous to the fundamental Democracy itself.
