Whether its light, moderate, or vigorous intensity physical activity for cardiovascular disease, it all makes a difference against mortality. Findings from this great paper demonstrated that a significant inverse relationship between physical activity (all intensity levels) and mortality risk in CVD patients. Notably, light physical activity plays a protective role, comparable to moderate physical activity and vigorous activity, in reducing mortality risks, challenging the notion that health benefits can only be achieved with by moderate and vigorous physical activity.
