Then, just three days before Sweden tightened the passport rules on December 23rd, a Danish study hit on the20th showing negative efficacy against spread – results later replicated, e.g., in UK, Qatar, and US studies [seebelow*]. So, since stopping transmission’s – the only solid reason for a mandate – apparently didn't hold water,it's a hard struggle (eyes needed to be wide shut) to see how vaccine passports made any sense or had sciencebehind them. and, even if the efficacy was just waning, it utterly killed the ‘stop spread’ myth dead.
Ironically even before Omicron in October 2021, a Swedish study showed waning efficacy dipping negative forPfizer after 7 months.
