I have been facing an issue with my washing machine for the last 17 days, and despite reporting the same problem three times, there has been no proper resolution yet. Each time, I am assured that the issue will be fixed जल्द ही, but nothing concrete has been done. This kind of delay and lack of accountability is not expected from a brand like Samsung.
