Recent Benazir Income Support Program's quarterly disbursement, the Director General Gilgit- Baltistan, Mr. Muhammad Alam, conducted a surprise visit to the BISP campsite in Tehsil Daniyore and took beneficiaries’ grievances directly and took effective action at the place.
During the visit, he reviewed the available facilities and identified a cash liquidity issue, which was immediately taken up with the concerned bank and subsequently resolved.
He personally assisted differently-abled beneficiaries in receiving their cash payments while seated in their own vehicles.
The DG also directed all BISP staff to ensure the highest quality of service delivery to beneficiaries with respect.

☂️ “वृद्धांचा आशीर्वाद – सेवा, सन्मान आणि सदैव साथ!” ☂️
आज माझ्या दहिसर विधानसभा मतदारसंघातील वॉर्ड क्रमांक १३ मधील लुहार-सुतार वाडी, कार्टर रोड नं. ३, अंबेमाता मंदिरच्या पाठीमागे, बोरिवली (पूर्व) येथे माजी नगरसेवक मा. विद्यार्थी सिंह यांच्या पुढाकाराने आणि भाजपा परिवाराच्या सहकार्याने जेष्ठ नागरिकांना मोफत छत्री वाटप सोहळा माझ्या हस्ते संपन्न झाला. पावसाळ्यात वृद्ध बांधवांना प्रत्यक्ष उपयोगी पडणारी छत्री देत त्यांच्या आरोग्याची व सुरक्षिततेची काळजी घेण्याचा हा उपक्रम सामाजिक बांधिलकीतून साकार झाला. समाजातील ज्येष्ठांचे मार्गदर्शन आणि आशीर्वाद हेच आमच्या कार्याचा खरा आधार आहेत.
या कार्यक्रमात माजी जिल्हाध्यक्ष मा. गणेश खणकर, मंडळ अध्यक्ष मा. देवेंद्र सिंह, मंडळ अध्यक्ष मा. शशिकांत कदम, भाजपा पदाधिकारी व कार्यकर्ते मोठ्या उत्साहात सहभागी झाले होते. परिसरातील अनेक जेष्ठ नागरिकांनी समाधान व्यक्त करत आपल्या भावना शेअर केल्या. अशा विधायक उपक्रमांमुळे संवाद, सन्मान आणि सेवा या तिन्ही मूल्यांचा प्रत्यय जनतेला येतो. जनतेच्या सुख-दुखात सहभागी होणे, हीच आमची खरी लोकप्रतिनिधी म्हणून जबाबदारी आहे. "सामाजिक जाणीव आणि सशक्त सेवा" यासाठी आम्ही सदैव कटिबद्ध आहोत.
