दिनांक 24.04.2026 को यू०पी० प्रोजेक्ट्स कॉरपोरेशन लि०, इकाई-13, बाँदा द्वारा जनपद #चित्रकूट के ग्राम बगरेही (निकट गणेशबाग) स्थित निर्माणाधीन श्रीराम वाटिका ईको पार्क के पर्यटन विकास कार्यों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया गया। उक्त परियोजना को #पर्यटन विभाग, लखनऊ के शासनादेश दिनांक 25.08.2023 के माध्यम से स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। परियोजना की कुल स्वीकृत लागत ₹1138.93 लाख है, जिसके सापेक्ष प्रथम किस्त के रूप में ₹245.00 लाख (माह 03/2024) कार्यदायी संस्था को प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। स्वीकृत आगणन के अंतर्गत बाउंड्रीवाल, रेड स्टोन एवं कोबल स्टोन कार्य, मार्बल स्टोन फ्लोरिंग, एग्रीगेट एवं पेवर ब्लॉक, रबर फ्लोरिंग पाथवे, टूरिस्ट फैसिलिटी, बेंच, डस्टबिन, साइनेज, म्यूरल वॉल एवं आर्ट वर्क, परगोला, सिंचाई नालियां, रेन वाटर रिचार्ज पिट, बोरिंग एवं सबमर्सिबल पंप, बाह्य जलापूर्ति, खेल उपकरण, गज़ीबो, कैफेटेरिया, गार्ड रूम, एम्फीथियेटर, लैंडस्केपिंग एवं हॉर्टिकल्चर, साउंड सिस्टम, बाह्य विद्युतीकरण तथा प्रोजेक्शन कंपोनेंट सहित विभिन्न कार्य प्रस्तावित हैं। निरीक्षण के दौरान बोरिंग, माउंड (कृत्रिम पहाड़ी) एवं बाउंड्रीवाल की चिनाई का कार्य पूर्ण पाया गया। टॉयलेट ब्लॉक, कैफेटेरिया, गार्ड रूम एवं ओपन एयर थिएटर (OAT) के फाउंडेशन कार्य पूर्ण हो चुके हैं तथा प्लिंथ के ऊपर कार्य प्रगति पर है। पाथवे की बॉक्सिंग पूर्ण है, जबकि लेवलिंग एवं सतही जल निकासी (सर्फेस ड्रेन) का कार्य प्रगति पर है। लोटस फाउंटेन का स्ट्रक्चर पूर्ण हो चुका है तथा फिनिशिंग कार्य प्रगति पर पाया गया। कार्यदायी संस्था के सहायक परियोजना प्रबंधक द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि परियोजना का उपभोग प्रमाण पत्र पत्रांक 1472 दिनांक 20.02.2026 के माध्यम से प्रेषित किया जा चुका है तथा शेष धनराशि प्राप्त होना अपेक्षित है। इस अवसर पर कार्यदायी संस्था के अवर अभियंता एवं सहायक परियोजना प्रबंधक को निर्देशित किया गया कि सभी निर्माण कार्य निर्धारित समयसीमा में उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ पूर्ण कराए जाएं तथा समय-समय पर क्यूब टेस्टिंग एवं निर्माण सामग्री की गुणवत्ता परीक्षण सुनिश्चित किया जाए। साथ ही संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए कि परियोजना की प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग हेतु उप जिलाधिकारी स्तर के अधिकारी को नोडल नामित कर प्रगति रिपोर्ट मुख्य विकास अधिकारी के माध्यम से नियमित रूप से प्रेषित की जाए। #EcoPark #TourismDevelopment #Chitrakoot #UPTourism #InfrastructureDevelopment #GreenDevelopment #SustainableDevelopment #PublicInfrastructure #DistrictAdministration #UPGovt #IncredibleIndia #SmartDevelopment #NatureTourism #BuildBetterFuture #GoodGovernance
