Ever read a book, or met a person who completely changed your life in 5 minutes ? You’d never believe if someone told you the matrix is real But I’ve been digging deep into a rabbit hole lately It all started one evening in late June... The evening that changed everything for me. Imagine suddenly understanding the one thing that ties everything together: - The reason why people do what they do - Why they think the way they do - Knowing why you want what you want I promise I’ll tell you, but first let me explain.. It’s late June and I’m tired It’s humid I’ve had 4 cold showers already & I’m still hot AND I ruined my 75Hard challenge earlier on So I left my friends at the gym to go home early And Idk why But I decided to finally read the sample of a book I downloaded the week before - The Persuasion Storycode by @GarfinkelCoach By page 20 I realised I had to finish it ASAP so I went and bought it on @AmazonKindle And although I loved my reads on Storyworthy & Doug Stevensons The Story Theatre Method It took The Persuasion Storycode to make it all click together - I had to reread it 3 times in July! Now I’ve written DOZENS of short stories and novelettes & read dozens of books in the past few years - as I just love stories in general But nothing’s left me wondering “how can I skip sleeping so I could continue reading” than this one thing about Story. And yes, here’s the thing I promised to tell you.. Everybody has a story A story you tell yourself about yourself A story you tell yourself about the world A story you tell yourself about your social life The mind wants to make sense of everything So our minds turn everything into a NARRATIVE This narrative is what sets the tone And the frame From which we see ourselves and the world. There’s a saying that goes: “Everybody has 3 faces. One with the world. One at home (with family/friends etc). One when you are alone.” Those are stories. Those stories are programs. We live on autopilot lead by those programs. Now this will be a 60000 word report if I continue so I’ll leave you with TWO: 1 - If you can understand the sequences and syntax of stories and narratives, you can understand any person, and therefore - for better or worse - influence them to the point of mind control without them even realising. 2 - If you’re here tomorrow you’ll find out why you should be combining the following five: A) Story B) Sales C) Syntax D) Systems E) Sequences Ps. I’ll delve a bit more into the books I mentioned too.
