KBRA’s “Private Credit: Structured Credit Trend Watch—AI and Conflict Shape Market Outlook” examines key trends across the structured credit market, including issuance activity, credit performance, and investor demand. U.S. MM CLO issuance volume totaled $9.2 billion in Q1 2026, essentially flat compared to the same period in 2025. Issuance volume for KBRA’s corporate MM structured credit portfolio—which includes published and unpublished CLOs, credit facilities, and RRL ABS transactions—totaled approximately $4.6 billion through May outpaced the $1.7 billion issued during the same period in 2025 and represents one of the strongest starts to any year. At the same time, the report notes that evolving market conditions, including geopolitical uncertainty, inflation concerns, AI-related disruption, and slower capital formation, could influence issuance activity and spreads in the months ahead. Beat the benchmark. A recently declining Composite Ethereum Staking Rate (CESR) still remains rangebound between 2.8% and 3.15% over the past year as more assets are staked on the layer 1. Nisus Finance has completed its exit from Project High Cliff in Bengaluru with a 23% IRR over a two-year period through its RESO-1 fund.
