1- the importance of whole-system, multi-agency approach;
2- the value of accessible, safe spaces; and
3- the need for time for services to really embed in communities & adapt to their needs.

Years later i still can't do things i used to because of abusive ex. If i do i feel like a bad school kid and not in the normal fun way of pushing boundries and breaking rules. Sad thing is he took some very core elements of me and i've been left even more lost than i was before
