I’ve been trying to resolve my @kucoincom case for 46 days. I’ve been ignored, lied to, and sent automated messages clearly designed to wear me down. KuCoin support admitted in Ticket #4738257 that stop-loss orders are triggered 27 milliseconds after liquidation, confirming a critical system flaw. They also misrepresented the extent of my losses, despite me providing detailed data from their own platform disproving their claim across hundreds of trades. 24 days have passed with no reply from Legal or Support.
