Kasper presented new interim analysis data, including ALSFRS-R, pNfH, and NfL data, that indicate a dramatic slowing of disease in sporadic #ALS from QurAlis' ANQUR Phase 1/2 clinical trial evaluating QRL-201 in ALS patients. Sandy presented on QRL-101, QurAlis' potentially best-in-class selective Kv7.2/7.3 ion channel opener for the treatment of hyperexcitability-induced disease progression in ALS.
