Scam Alert: @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews has started another kind of billing scam to charge their postpaid customers with Apple Music subscription even though there is no such request from our side and when we repeatedly shared our frustrations with their customer-care team then they would call us via their billing team to urge us to go to any nearby airtel store to unsubscribe the same. Instead of any apologies for their own billing error mistakes, they wanted us to forcefully acknowledge this subscription by raising a request for unsubscription. Is this how #airtel scams/loots/exploits its customers and this is the duopoly of Airtel and Jio is affecting the customers by directly looting us by means of raising of monthly tariffs and illegally adding bills of unnecessary subscriptions. When we rejected their request the rude executives updated that they have given us a solution and the customer is unwilling to comply with the same.
