Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) organized a training session on “Ethical Values and Transparency: The essential pillars for building Viksit Bharat” in observance of Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, themed on Vigilance – a shared responsibility today (29.10.2025) at Corporate Office, Kolkata with HCL Units and Offices across India joining through Video conference mode .
The program was graced by Mr Sanjiv Kumar Singh, Chairman and Managing Director, Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), Dr Sanjeev Kumar Sinha, who also holds the additional charge of Director Mining , HCL, Mr R V N Vishweshwar, Director (Finance), HCL, Mr Harsimran Singh, Chief Vigilance Officer, HCL , Guest speakers Mr Debal Kumar Gayen, former Member Staff Railway Board, Mr Sunil Kumar Singh, CEO, KABIL and other senior officials.
Mr Debal Kumar Gayen facilitated a session on “Corruption Free India for a Developed Nation”. Mr Sunil Kumar, CEO KABIL, conducted a Workshop on “Ethical Values and Transparency: The essential pillars for building Viksit Bharat”.
Adding more glitter to the program was the launching of "Online Vigilance Clearance System" and " Online payment portal for revenue collection, Malanjkhand Copper Project". This will be a paradigm shift towards process transparency and institutional integrity and will pave way for greater accountability and efficiency in the processes.
Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a Schedule ‘A’ Mini-Ratna, Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the administrative control of the Ministry of Mines is observing "Vigilance Awareness Week" from 27th Oct to 2nd Nov 2025 themed “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility”.
