@treeruss stabil. Das Bild sieht รผbrigens aus, wie eine ziemlich aussichtslose Therapiegruppe.

Regrowth following defoliation or coppicing often bears very distinct foliage in many genera like Populus, Salix, Tilia, Quercus and suchlike, causing untold difficulties for identification by inexperienced botanists. Leaves on suckered shoots are typically less different.

I am watering my young, newly planted tree on a daily basis. I am having to use my neighbour's water as I have a softener.

#SycamoreGap did not have a Tree Protection Order, same as #WhitewebbsOak so I donโ€™t understand the difference as to why @metpoliceuk and @EnfieldCouncil wonโ€™t act against @tobycarvery

Not the first time I've heard of developers claiming 'oopsie' after cutting down protected trees and then stumping up the paltry fine(no pun intended) for breaching TPO's. The reward far outweighs the fines, and there is hardly a dent in their profit margin.

I'd like to see Network rail in the dock for the millions of trees they've felled.

Time the met did something useful rather than harassing peaceful demonstrators. Find the vandals who did this and prosecute them

The damage was done by a company / corporation. That's why they can get away with it.

Itโ€™s a good point. Councils across the UK commit environmental vandalism every day but never get prosecuted or even investigated. Plus, we now have a government determined to swap trees for houses. Where are the Cumberland Gap detectives when you really need them?

This case needs to be made an example and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sycamore gap tree was precious to the hearts of so many and it was entirely correct to pursue and convict. Same should apply here
