The GCB Employees’ Union has held its 2nd Quadrennial Conference at the Raybow Hotel, Takoradi, on the theme “Customer Centricity, Digital Transformation, People and Culture; The Role of the GCB Employees’ Union.”
The 2-day event brought together delegates, management, and union members to celebrate progress, unity, and shared purpose.
Mr. Abraham Yahaya Ferguson, Chief of Staff, chaired the event and commended the Union’s commitment to staff welfare. Managing Director, Mr. Farihan Alhassan, emphasized that “Management and the Union cannot achieve success without each other.”
The newly elected executives, Wilson K. Mbah, Eric Ago-Nortey, Sarah Ayelgum, Georgina E. Bakuyeya, Joseph Kwayisi Obeng, Alij Awudu, and Gifty Awudor, were sworn in under the supervision of UNICOF of TUC, pledging to uphold unity, integrity, and service.
