The ocean is the reason millions fall in love with the Maldives. It powers our tourism, sustains our communities through sustainable pole-and-line fisheries, and connects us to the world. This #WorldOceanDay, we celebrate our identity as the Ocean Nation while looking ahead, investing in reef restoration, marine conservation, renewable energy, nature-positive development, and innovative solutions such as floating infrastructure and climate-resilient island communities. As we continue to diversify tourism through halal travel, workations, long stays, wellness, sports, local experiences and more, our goal remains simple: protect what makes the Maldives special while creating opportunities for everyone. A thriving ocean. A thriving Maldives. 🌊🇲🇻 @MMuizzu @aleeshareef @ameen3d @em_saeed @MoosaZameer @Shiyamaldives @Banafsaa #OceanNation #WorldOceanDay #Maldives #BlueEconomy #SustainableTourism

For the last few years, I've spent 1,000 hours on my YouTube channels. I built a massive documentary channel with 230k subscribers (Megalomedia). And I have two more personal channels: One with vlog content, one where I go very deep on how YouTube works and how @ChannelCraft hacks the algorithm. the Documentary Channel I grew to 200k Subs, Kevin Jon Business, where I reveal everything I know about the platform. Kevin Jon Vlogs, where I post some crazy stuff that happens in our workations. And building channels for clients with ChannelCraft, where we generated 8 figures for them. But YouTube is our most important channel because it complements everything else. Here’s why: 1. Trust compounds differently on video. A LinkedIn post gives someone 45 seconds with me. A 15-minute vlog gives them 15 minutes inside how I think, how I run the agency, what I actually care about. And the conversion rate can go from 0.05% on Megalomedia, up to 5% on a channel like Kevin Jon Business or KJ Vlogs By the time someone books a call after watching a few videos, I don't have to sell them anything. They've already decided. 2. It builds an asset, not rented attention. LinkedIn's reach depends on the algorithm. YouTube is searchable forever. A video I filmed 18 months ago still shows up in search. Still gets watched. Still sends people to book calls. 3. It complements every other Lead Generation Strategy When a prospect sees an ad, they will check your channel before anything else. YouTube becomes your main showcase. The algorithm will then recommend your videos to him again. And on top of that, you can run retargeting ads on them. The LinkedIn post I wrote last Tuesday is already dead by Thursday.

The solution is to have mountain workations! Become an entrepreneur and be your own boss😁 or suggest to your present company … SOHO in the mountains, aur phir kaam toh rahega udhar… ghoomne ka🤣🤣🤣

😀 true! But my trips to mountains are my life. Not just a vacation. I can live without a big house but not without mountains! Now you don’t want me to die. Do you?

Good beautiful Monday morning! ☀️ Hope you had a restful weekend. Now it's time to get this bread and also secure your comfort, relaxation, and fun for the week ahead. What're we dealing on today? ✅ Shortlets (staycations, workations, romantic getaways) ✅ Car rental service (self drive or chauffeur) ✅ Boat cruise rentals (parties, dates, chill vibes on the water) ✅ NEW: Massage service (Unwind with professional massage, in the comfort of your shortlet or home) Whatever you need a place to stay, a ride to move, a boat to cruise, or a massage to melt the stress I've got you covered. Send in your request on my WhatsApp. 👉 Click here to chat with me: 🔗 wa.me/2348074001196 Let's make this week productive, profitable, and peaceful. 📩🚗🏠🚤💆‍♂️ Max The Airbnb Guy Your comfort, my priority. ❤️
Here's Why You Need To Book A Shortlet Today 1. You Need a Break From Your Environment Your home is comfortable, but sometimes you need to step away. The same walls, the same noise, the same routine. It drains you without you even noticing. A shortlet gives you a fresh space. New energy. A chance to reset. You do not have to travel far. Just far enough to breathe. 2. Privacy That Hotels Cannot Offer Hotels have front desks, housekeeping, cameras in the hallways, and strangers knocking on your door. A shortlet is private. No front desk. No one watching you come and go. No interruptions. Just you and your space. Whether you are working, resting, or spending time with someone special, that privacy is priceless. 3. More Space for Less Money A hotel room gives you a bed and a bathroom. A shortlet gives you a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, sometimes a balcony. You can cook your own meals, spread out your things, and actually feel at home. And often, it costs less than a hotel. More space. More comfort. Less money. 4. Perfect for Couples If you are in a relationship, a shortlet is a game changer. No distractions. No family members walking in. No roommates. Just the two of you. You can cook together, watch movies, play games, or just lie in bed and talk. It is intimacy without interruption. Your relationship will thank you. 5. Ideal for Staycations You do not need to fly to another country to relax. A staycation in a shortlet is affordable, stress free, and refreshing. Book a place for the weekend. Sleep in. Order your favorite food. Watch what you want. Do nothing. That is the point. Rest is not lazy. Rest is necessary. 6. Work or Study Without Distractions Sometimes you need a quiet space to focus. Your home has too many distractions. The TV, the kids, the chores, the noise. A shortlet gives you a quiet environment to work, study, or create. No interruptions. Just you and your focus. 7. You Deserve It Let me remind you. You work hard. You carry responsibilities. You show up for everyone else. You deserve a break. You deserve a space that is just yours, even if only for a night. You do not need a special occasion. You being tired is enough reason. Book Today Stop waiting for the perfect time. The perfect time does not exist. Book a shortlet today. Rest. Reset. Recharge. Then go back to your life with more energy, more clarity, and more peace. Whatsapp Contact Link: wa.me/message/XKPISQRQUD3EO1 Contact me now. Your comfort is waiting. ❤️🏠

Apparently 2026 is all about “soft life travel”, “digital nomads” and “workations” so… let’s combine all of them badly 😇✈️ It’s Wednesday: You could be on 37 Zoom calls in your bedroom… or “WFH” = Work From Hotel? Nope. Work From Home‑base in London or Rome. •Quiet, work‑ready flats (no hostel bunk‑bed drama) •Fast WiFi (not “hotel network: 0.3 Mbps”) •Real desk, real door, real sleep, real espresso 2–14 night stays, direct only: amaranomadstays.com Reply LONDON or ROME and I’ll DM you some dangerously tempting “workation” dates

8 AM, villa in Ko Phangan, Thailand. I walk out expecting a quiet morning by the pool. Instead, the whole team is already locked in. Laptops open. Sales calls happening. Strategy sessions about scaling to $1M MRR. No one set this up. No schedule. No "team meeting at 8 AM." But when you surround yourself with people who genuinely want to build something massive, this is what happens naturally. I've been on plenty of "workations" where people spend 90% of their time at the beach and 10% answering Slack messages. That's fine if you want a vacation. But that's not why we're here. We're in Thailand because the timezone works, the villa has good WiFi, and honestly? Working with your team in paradise just hits different. But the work ethic? That came with us. You don't need to dump your current friends. But you might need to find additional circles where your level of ambition is the baseline, not the exception. PS - We were in Cape Town Nov/Dec. Now Ko Phangan Jan/Feb. Planning the next spots for 2027. If you're a builder in the creator economy and want to join for the next one - or you want to join our office in Warsaw. DM me. Only bringing people who actually put in the work.

I worked every single day for 246 days straight The least I worked was 30 minutes on my birthday. Btw, this is only since I started tracking time; 13th June 2025 All my trips were workations. Handling 4-5 projects always gives you some fixes every day, that's cool But I was in Bangalore this weekend and I decided not to use my Mac for two days. I didn't have urgent tasks and I had a bunch of friends to meet Turns out the world doesn't end if I don't work Since the last six months, I have a fast-changing relationship (for good) with work, time, and how I manage my calendar I touch enough grass, but each passing day reminds me how much grass is yet to explore without compromising work efficiency

Just hired our first employee in Zimbabwe! Cool thing about being a remote/distributed company is the ability to hire the best, regardless where they are (Although you have to make up for it with investing in travel & workations)
