Smart UV Unwrapper currently only works for Blender 3.2 to Blender 5.1 I'm working on universal support that will allow it to run on older versions of Blender such as 2.8 for example.

This add-on does everything for you, with minimal editing, you may still need to work on your seams to have perfectly aligned textures. but support for that is being worked on as of this post.
Will Smart UV Unwrapper get updates?
Yes. it will. I know there's a bit of bugs that are currently in the add-on but that will be patched shortly in v1.1 and future patches will include smoother performance and overall improve the usability of the tool.
This tool wasn't made to replace UV Unwrapping, it's made to assist you in creation and speed up your workflow. seams and other stuff still need to be adjusted by you.
I created this add-on in Python in 2 days using my own hands, I have a background in programming. such as C#, Lua, and some C . if you know one language well you can learn another in no time.
