My channel has now been demonetized for 129 days. One thing I want to make clear is that just because I make Shorts doesn't mean my content is low effort. Every video is researched, scripted, edited, and produced by me. I've attached a video showing my workflow just in case anyone is curious about how my content is actually made. I also have a new issue. After the initial 90-day waiting period, I became eligible to reapply. I chose not to reapply immediately because I was genuinely trying to improve my channel and understand what was expected of me before risking another rejection. A few days ago, I was still eligible to reapply. Now I'm being told that I need to meet the YPP requirements again, which has left me even more confused about where my channel currently stands. For the past four months, I've been trying to improve my content, communicate with TeamYouTube, and understand what changes are actually required. I submitted an appeal, but it was rejected within hours. Since then, I've been trying to understand what happened and get clarification regarding the review process. After multiple attempts to contact support and several days of waiting, I finally managed to reach Team YouTube and was given a case ID. I was informed that my channel had been escalated to the internal team for a deeper review and that I would receive an update within a few business days. Unfortunately, since receiving Case ID 7-4485000040917, I have not received any further information regarding my channel, the review, or the status of my case. This raises serious concerns under DSA Article 17, which requires users to receive a clear statement of reasons for restrictions imposed on their content or accounts. "An internal team decided" is not a statement of reasons.
