@Rene Ritchie,
I’m reaching out regarding my YouTube monetization case and DSA appeal because this situation has been ongoing for a long time, and I’m still looking for clear answers. 🙏
📹 For months, I’ve dedicated countless hours to creating, editing, uploading, and improving my content. Every video represents real work, real effort, and a genuine commitment to growing on YouTube. I’ve followed the policies, submitted the required information, and done everything I can on my end.
⏳ The most difficult part has been the waiting. Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. As a creator, it’s hard not knowing what is happening behind the scenes or whether all of the work and evidence provided is being fully reviewed.
⚖️ After going through the DSA process, I hoped there would be more transparency and a clearer understanding of my situation. I respect YouTube’s right to enforce its policies, but creators also deserve clear explanations when decisions have such a significant impact on their channels and futures.
🎬 Content creation isn’t just pressing an upload button. It involves planning, recording, editing, troubleshooting, researching, and constantly learning. Many creators spend hundreds or even thousands of hours building their channels, communities, and audiences.
💻 I’ve continued creating content despite the uncertainty because I genuinely enjoy making videos and engaging with viewers. However, it becomes increasingly challenging when important questions about monetization remain unanswered.
📈 All I’m asking for is a fair review, transparency, and clear communication. If there is an issue, explain it. If something needs to be improved, let creators know. Clear guidance helps creators grow and helps build trust in the platform.
🤝 I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for consistency, fairness, and the opportunity to fully understand the reasoning behind decisions affecting my channel.
🌎 YouTube has created incredible opportunities for creators around the world, and that’s why I still believe communication and human reviews matter. When creators feel heard, it strengthens the entire community.
📢 I respectfully ask that my monetization case and DSA appeal receive another look and that more clarity be provided regarding the decisions that have been made. Transparency goes a long way, especially when creators have invested so much time, energy, and dedication into their channels.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. 🙏 I appreciate everything you do for the creator community, and I hope my situation can receive the attention and clarity it deserves. ❤️

Barely related but I’ve permanently disabled “adaptive power”. It’s only 10am but after spending a gazzillion dollars on bleeding edge silicon (and a vapor chamber!!)… the system would rather cut the pcores off at the knees (to the point where the keyboard can’t always keep up) to protect battery life in a chonkier-than ever thermal envelop…
I’m not sure where they’re all actually running to right now
