I have no active subscription - but on July 9 my account was debited for 478,80 TL (Adobe Saggart, Dublin). I received no email, no help, no way to reach support.
Please explain the reason for the charge and refund the amount

Spent the whole day with adobe help centre trying to sort a problem when I import my videos to premier pro, the files get over-exposed. No one seems to be able to find the issue yet, seems to be a problem with adobe & Mac laptops apparently? #adobe #premierpro #adobehelp

I have a student who's indd files are exporting as an ai pdf. Not sure why and we can't figure it out #indesignissue @Adobe @ItsDaveClayton. We have made presets and also tried plain Export as pdf. Nothing works. HELP #adobehelp #inddhelp @TheLifeOfBrax

This is the 3rd time today. All I had done is opens Ae and create a 1080p comp, then double clicked to import footage. I’ve been using Adobe for 4-5 years and ive never had as many issues as I have lately. #adobehelp #adobe @Adobe @AdobeAE @SirWrender
